All orders up to 69.99 are $8.99 flat rate and $70.00 + shipping is FREE with in the United States.

We send international orders USPS First Class International (under 4 lbs) or Priority Mail (over 4 lbs). Actual freight will be calculated and a shipping invoice will be sent to you. $8.99 is billed on your product invoice as this is our flat rate for US customers. Your order will then be weighed and postage calculated. You will be billed at the actual shipping cost less the $8.99 that you have all ready paid on your product invoice.International orders over $70 will also receive a $5 discount off of the cost of their shipping.� We will send you an invoice through Pay Pal for the balance of the international shipping and ship your order once this invoice is paid.

SALES TAX

We do not collect sales tax for all orders over state lines. Missouri residents: 7.60% Sales Tax will be added to your order.


The Scrappy Gourmet is committed to offering excellent customer service. We understand that from time to time there might be a need to return a product that you ordered from us.

The Scrappy Gourmet offers a merchandise credit (excluding shipping fee) on all products returned within 30 days from shipping date. All items that you wish to return must be unopened, unused and re-saleable products.

We will offer credit in the same form as original payment and equal to the price shown on the original invoice.
The refund will be on merchandise only, shipping charges are excluded.

We try to ensure proper packaging to prevent damage in shipping. In case a product is broken during shipment, we ask that you notify us upon receipt,(within 3 business days) and we will replace or repair with no cost to you. The Scrappy Gourmet has the right to replace or repair depending on the circumstances.

The Scrappy Gourmet reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise to determine if returned merchandise was mishandled or damages by incorrect use and can refuse any return deemed suspicious or destroyed by improper use.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on individual sheets of patterned paper or cardstock , items with opened packages, or items that are used.
